ELD Mandate should not be on the FMCSA…
ELD Mandate should not be on the FMCSA certified list. Their webcam and HOS products simply don’t work as advertised. I spent over a month working with their support team trying to resolve ongoing issues. Despite countless emails and troubleshooting sessions, the problems were never fixed. After finally getting an address to return the hardware, they started claiming I owed them another 36 months of subscription fees. My advice: find a solid U.S.-based provider. It may cost a little more upfront, but reliable equipment and responsive support are worth every penny when your business depends on staying compliant and moving freight.
