Scam site
They are not professional. No one answers customer support number. No one answer back if you email to their support. I order few items that were supposed to be in stock on 21/July/24, the invoice states that the items would be despatched on 27/July - why 5 days to ship items that are in stock I have no idea. However today is 29th, the items have not been despatched, the call to their support just goes to an endless loop of waiting. Further, I have no way of cancelling the order as their term states “orders once confirmed shall not be cancelled”. So this appears a scam - receive order, accept payment, confirm order and do nothing. Please do not use this site. Regards Pankaj

I have raised this issue with National Consumer Helpline But unfortunately I was scammed too. Ordered prepaid but it has been a month. No items received. Worst Part no one picks up phone for support. Whats more frustrating than that. Only email reply you will get, maybe 2 out 5. Unfortunate I ran into them.

It's the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. We had placed the order for items shown as ex-stock on 22nd and 26th of March 2024. The parts were delivered only partially without any communication about the missing components. When brought to their notice, said they will deliver as soon as they get the parts. Till June nothing happened, when asked for refund, said they can't refund, will credit the amount to our wallet. We placed order for items which were available on 26th June, till today i.e 8th July, no delivery or communication from their end.
Update 16/7/24, replacement fulfilled with delay
the product was sent, but it was faulty.I reported that and was prompted to create a video demonstration the component doesn't. I did that. Since then, no response to email or calls to the service number. Update: Coincidentally, after publishing the above feedback, I received a message that the replacement process had been launched, and meanwhile been received, which is truly appreciated.

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. It is a fraud company, It's been seven weeks since I placed order and paid for it. No replies from my repeated mails. Helpline puts you on hold indefinitely without anyone attending. we must find a way to get such companies punished and get them blacklisted

100%Fraud Company Don't buy I have place two orders. 1st order received with one key item missing and one item was faulty however I ask for refund for missing item only yet have not received any refund. 2nd order delivered after one month follow up and there were 2 key item missing. No customer support and they have only one reason that is inventory issue. If you ask for refund they stop responding. As per last communication they told that they don't have stock of soil sensor then I ask the deliver remaining item without soil sensor however I have received shipment with 2 key items one is soil moisture and Arduino Nano I am planning legal action against this company.
