I feel that i lost my money to this fake company. I ordered power supply worth 10k seeing a 10% flat discount but now there is no response on my order its already been 2 week and no status update. I tried to call but they don't pick. I mailed them for once they replied saying its getting processed but days past without anything happening. for the subsequent mail they don't responds.

My experience has been they keep transferring the amount they owe me to my ElectronicsComp Wallet and every time I order I get same response. We have quality issues with our vendor therefore the product is out of stock so please wait for 4-5 days. Again until you remind them the wait is 2-3 days and then they are ready to transfer to my ElectronicsComp wallet and story repeats. I never get my money or my units. The units I have ordered this time it shows 2 are in stock, but I these guys never ship it. I think collectively we need to write to consumer complaints Regards
They are exactly a fraud company
They are exactly a fraud company. We have ordered the product in May 2024 but till now there is no delivery. No communication over helpline. After much email communication they agreed to cancel the order and offered to credit the amount in Electronicscomp wallet which is again a scam. But, we refused and asked to give the refund to our bank account. Since then no response. No one should buy any product from this company.

I have paid Rs.250/= and odd for my order no 3220563 dated 5th August and now confirm it that it is a fraud website and is totally bogus. Pl. do not pay any advances and avoid of being trapped. Beaware of not falling a victim for cheating and looting online frauds.

Fake website...they just take prepaid orders and do not send material. Calling them just goes in endless waiting loop. They hardly respond to emails.

This is a fraud website and Chor Company.They take order and do not send items. I have my order No 3210544, newly given order against another order of six months ago, is not delivered till now. This chor and cheat company is looting money from the customers. Court, police and administration must take action against this cheat company, otherwise this will continue indefinitely.

Disappointing experience with the company after placing a UPI prepaid order
One of the electronic components having appreciable value (money worth) in my prepaid order (Order id: 3096051) dated 05-11-2023 was not included in the package delivered to me informing me that it is out of stock. But I could see the item published in their ecommerce portal all the time. I informed them the matter on 16.11.2023 and requested for a refund. But they only replied that "we are sending your refund request to our accounts team. They will check and revert you accordingly." But none from their side reverted or send me my refund. I requested for refund many times thereafter and they always send me the same reply and no one from their side contacted me or send me my refund. I don't want this to happen to others, hence this post.
