What people say
The shipping place
The shipping place, SpeedX they use is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my life. Sitting in my living room next to the front door waiting on my delivery all morning, until I get a notification saying they tried to deliver and nobody was there to sign? What?? Nobody came even close to my door… so then it says I have to wait 4 DAYS until they try to deliver again. Well here I am 4 days later, it’s now 10PM, and the package said it was out for delivery since 7:30am, STILL NOTHING!!! cancelled plans I had for today and everything. It would be a little better if they gave an ETA, or had any type of customer service but nope, the company has no number you can call, nobody you can talk to. Will never use either place again
