While back I ordered 4 bottles of juice and only received 3 , sent them a few emails stating I’m missing 1 and to this day I’ve yet to hear a word back nor a email, I since found a different place to order from, element vape you lost my business

Element Vape
Element Vape, who apparently filters negative reviews from their site, uses a criminal level carrier service. For delivering products which requires a signature, they use a carrier service that you literally can not contact. They literally can't be reached. There is no customer service number. They have some ridiculous AI trash which pretends to provide customer service. Today I literally spent the past 5 hours waiting and pacing at my door looking out the window every 5 min like a crack head, because I have to work the next 2 days and am traveling to Georgia the day after that for 2 weeks for work. So I could not afford to not receive my product. All of a sudden I got a message that they attempted delivery but no one answered. This is impossible, literally physically impossible. Interestingly, I received no note, like real carrier services leave. And there simply is no one that I can speak to. Element Vape, basically blames me. Instead trusting their horrible carrier service of ill repute Speedx. I spent 400 dollars and paid for shipping, and will be forced to accept a refund, minus the shipping who never came to my home. It is criminal, fraud. That is my experience at least. I could not have done more to protect myself from the incompetence and dishonesty of these people. Do not shop with Element Vape, they don't care about you. I can't get the products I ordered in Florida so I have been hustled.

I like the vapes they have.. if shipping was good I would give them a 5 star... Legit the shipping is so slow they lose money...I order my vapes from them then will go to my local store and buy 3 to 5 vapes to hold me over until my vapes come from element... If they had good shipping I would spend all that with them... This is a American company using a Chinese delivery service make it make sense ... The shipping service sucks... You can't even get good tracking info from them... I ordered my vapes 17 days ago and still have not received them... Now I will have to go buy a few more from my local store... Come on element let's give fed-ex a try or ups... Get the shipping right I will for sure be happy to give you a 5 ⭐ review and spend more money every order with you...

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong! This company offers no help when a customer needs help. The little help they did offer me was disingenuous and incorrect. I ended up with the same unusable product after ordering it two different times. I would not use this company for anything. It has been awful experience and all I did was throw away money. No phone support and terrible email support. I got taken. You stay away!
