Shipping is normally very fast. However support has been non-existent. My most recent problem was a brand new vape that didn’t work. They said I had to contact the company and the company says contact the seller. I also have looked at products that I have negatively reviewed and the reviews are not there, so their ratings are not accurate.

Got stock with a defective new product
I bought a Vaporesso XROS 2. Device was deffective out of the box. Contacted the company. They said they do not warrantee the quality of the product. Offered a $5 store credit. I lost all the money. Be aware of this before buying from this company.
They don't warranty the vapes, you're on your own!
I've purchased from them a few times in the past without issue. This time several of the vapes did not work or malfunctioned on the first day. They refuse to refund or replace them. I wrote an honest review about the defective products and they haven't publish those reviews to the website. Buyer beware.

Easy to order. Product is great. Items reasonably priced. Delivery is a bit slow.
Order stuck at location, Never delivered after over 2 weeks.
Ordered items from them worth over$100 dollars and paid extra for shipping to get the items faster. After a week of no progress on my package that was stuck somewhere in Georgia, I contacted support and all I got in a nutshell was, we dont have anything to do with shipping, contact speedx.io an AI based shipping company that has no way to contact a living person to talk to. After 2 weeeks, I contacted Route and got my money back. Worthless support and horrible service. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.
No accountability; customer is to pay for their mistake
Element Vapes had made a serious mistake on their shipping label for my order, resulting in an incomplete address and therefore “undeliverable” package. It was easy to prove that I had provided the full and correct address and that they were the ones who made the mistake, yet Element Vapes would not refund the $30 USD international shipping cost of my order. So not only was I inconvenienced by having an order cancelled two weeks after it was placed, they left me to pay $30 USD for their mistake.
