After a very turbulent sale and purchase Hannah at Emsleys was amazing! Right through to the call to pick up our keys, we bought a property via Emsleys and even though we were not their clients Hannah kept us informed right through to the end, if we were to ever sell we would definitely use them
Handled all aspects of the sale without issue and always polite and friendly

The whole process of Sale and Purchase was made so easy for us. Having not moved house for over 20 years, the change of the process was made so easy by all of the team at Emsleys were there for us all the time and nothing was too much for them to take on the process. We have always had the idea that as age gets older we will to later move to a Bungalow. Emsleys will be the people to help us with that.

I had a great experience as there was always someone friendly, professional, but approachable that I could talk to. Always keeping me informed of what was happening. Arranged viewings whilst I was away and unable to attend. Giving me feedback promptly. From all the staff at the estate agents to the solicitor everyone was fantastic. Realistic and honest, I would thoroughly recommend Emsleys. I have used them before, and will again if I need. Always felt like they were on my side.
