Very pleased with the service from Emsleys cross gates when selling my property. Communication was great, always quick to get in touch with and very helpful. Fees were also reasonable. Would recommend.

I relocated from Staffordshire to Leeds and with a person who is disabled this was not only a nerve wracking time but also an enormous move for me. Staff were helpful, informative and promptly returned my calls. They were supportive of my daughter who was also involved in various transactions. I also received a lovely house warming gift. Hannah at Emsleys was very good.
We were caught up in the chaos created by the closure of PM Solicitors group as one of the buyers further down the chain had used a solicitors in the group. That created a big delay with difficulty getting information about what was happening. Hannah did a great job pressing other estate agents and solicitors to keep focus.

The ladies there Maria ,Lindsay and Hayley are amazing they were constantly at all the solicitors as we were in a chain of 3. We were kept up to date the process was long due to the chain but Emsleys were brill highly recommended zIf I was ever to repeat the process I would definitely use Emsleys

Approachable, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Communication and advice is excellent, we have always been kept informed every step of the way. Our house had numerous offers and sold within 11 days. I believe this is due to Emsley's selecting the right type of viewers via their mailing list and the quick advertising of our property on all the property websites.
Great service, luckily we had a very straightforward sale but was still kept updated at all times.
Lovely, efficient staff.

Bad Service and Difficult Process to View a Property
I can't believe how cumbersome Emsleys' process is for simply viewing a property. After submitting an inquiry on Rightmove, they require you to complete a form—which is understandable—but they insist on including a proposed offer amount, and it's a mandatory field. How is anyone supposed to provide a reasonable figure without first seeing the place? When I called to voice my concerns, the representative explained that the landlord might decline a viewing based on that information. It's quite frustrating!
