Negative Experience with Enfoid. Worst Prop Firm Ever!
My association with Enfoid dates back to 2018, during which they initially operated as a reliable prop firm, offering exceptional services until 2021. Unfortunately, the dynamics changed in July 2021 when they encountered regulatory problems in Singapore. Despite numerous withdrawal requests through emails, I have yet to receive my substantial Profit Split. I strongly caution individuals to avoid this prop firm and consider reputable alternatives in the industry like FTMO and True Forex Funds.

Worlds WORST SERVICE
Absolutely useless. You can write 1000 emails, messages they will NEVER respond. Worst service EVER.
No response from Enfoid at all.
I am waiting for 2 months for the evaluation account.
On May 24, I transferred the money needed for the evaluation account. Almost 2 months have passed and nothing, no evaluation account opened, no one answers.
Enfoid support is terrible
Enfoid support is terrible. They have not replied to my emails since 2 weeks ago till now. I want to refund but no one answered. EVALUATION Prop Trading has been inactive for the past 1 week so far but no one has supported me, no one has replied to my emails. "Error connecting to Trading Servers... if this is a new account, it may be not initialised yet on our servers (which can take serval hours, depending on the selected Broker), otherwise, please contact our support..." They said that due to the Covid epidemic, there was only 1 support staff working at the office. But I do not believe, why not let employees work online from home? Too bored

I linked my accounts to their IB almost 2 months ago. They still havent refreshed the pages and didn't pay any commissions. They should receive ~€200-300 for May. I sent 10-30 emails and messages to them, but no answer.

Very poor communication regarding their online services. Actively will ignore communication regarding technical issues and refunding of prop training deposits which are meant to be "100% refundable"
Enfoid started off well enough
Enfoid started off well enough. Their systems overall work, but you have to keep on your toes becuase I experienced many system errors on my challenge accounts. On 5 seperate occasions I recieved an email notifiying me that my account was in breach of either their rules or margin, when in fact it wasn't...ever. This normally happened on the Sunday before the Australian market open. Had I taken these notifications as gospel and not challenged the metrix, I'm uncertain these errors would have been picked up. On one of my resets the system didn't pick up my MT4 trading results and I had to fight to have my account reset. It was eventually, however it was not a nice experience. The customer service experince is abrasive and often dismissive. I found Enfoid through a friend. I am using other funding platforms as my primary. I may come back for a second try but that will depend on how these other funding solutions perform. Finally, the good about Enfoid and it is very good. My deposits earned the interest that the weekly metrix outlined. Every week they would send my an email notification that $x amount of interest had been deposited into my accounts. This seperates Enfoid from everyone else. When I decided to take a break and withdraw my funding deposits, Enfoid returned my iniital deposits along with my interest after a few emails. Good Job here to Enfoid. So that's my Enfoid experience to date. I hope you read this as a balanced review. Maybe I'll see you again soon Enfoid. Just don't be so rude or abrasive with your customer communication. -S

It is correct, the systems do send equity notifications when markets to initialize on Mondays when broker communication isn't savely established (which is out of our control) there may be some false errors, which are informational only, and not causing a disqualification. There was never a dispute about any accounts at any given time. all accounts were in good standing, all accounts where Restarted serval times, in time and free of charge, one account however ended tracking early, which was reported to us and a new account was issued in less than 36 hours. we did however receive a large amount of Support TIckets and emails about this single issue, demand for callbacks and rectification, which in itself creates a slowdown in reaction times. after 4 hours and 17 (seventeen) Emails our CEO did mention this fact. to the customer. also EnFoid keept all the promises made. Full refunds were issued immediately along with Interest payments of over 4%. the Trader made a substantial profit, without ever trading a funded account.
Enfoid Prop
My experience with enfoid has been good. After getting funded with them receiving my vault deposit and prop share was very quick and easy. Their website can be a little confusing, but they have a very active discord community with many people who will help with any confusion related to enfoid or trading as a whole. The CEO Mario (Swingfish) is active in the discord and openly answers more in depth questions regarding enfoid.
I have invested large amounts with enfoid and looking to invest even more.
I have worked with Enfoid for the last 3 years and they are consistent, transparent and very productive. I can't compare them to anyone, I can't find a service that is comparable. During the covid period, they are a little slow to respond, but they do have a discord group which is very active. Highly recommended and will build a good relationship with them as they are trustworthy.
PROP TRADING
Enfiod is judt the best, other Prop Trading Companies just give you rules and regulations which will be very hard to adhere to, maybe because the CEO of Enfiod is an active Day Trader and has a better perspective of trading. I would reccommend Enfiod to any trader out there that knows what he is doing.
Why can't Enfoid have a Facebook…
Why can't Enfoid have a Facebook community? That way traders can connect with each other and communicate. I will also like to see people confirming they got their payout from trading with Enfoid. I when to the discuss chat . I observed its not really active. Thanks Enfoid for your detailed response addressing my concern. I am now more than convinced that Enfoid is genuine. Thanks.

that is because we do operate a 100% free and Non-profit Trader Community using Discord. EnFoid does pay all expenses for it and provides a completely neutral experience, un biased and open even to other companies that do provide the same type of services, completely and permanently removing the Conflict of Interest. as per our Company Policy. you can access the community here: https://discord.gg/swingfish or the dedicated website of the SwingFish Project here: https://www.swingfish.trade for privacy reasons the Company can not and will not provide payment details without consent of the Trader received it. However, some Traders choose to publicly tag themselves as Live traders in the Community mentioned above (this can only be done if they actually have a live account with us), so it's easy to find an authentic trader and just ask them how often they get paid.
