Bought a nh35a mechanism, but accidentally got the wrong date position and had to request a replacement. Staff was super helpful (I was able to catch it before they shipped the order), and they swapped it for the correct one. Proper mechanism worked like clockwork, shipped quickly too!

I've placed a few orders directly through their website as well as on Ebay and every transaction has been smooth. The products have been solid, packaging is great, and shipping was pretty fast. I'm actually wearing an early 60s Rolex 1675 with one of their handsets as I write this, it looks great.
