One of the lenses wasn't ground to fit…

One of the lenses wasn't ground to fit the frame snugly so the screw kept popping out; I put in a longer screw to keep the lens in place but the end of the screw sticks out now a bit. Good value for the service, though.

I have been utilizing the services of Eyeglassdirect for a number of years now to replace my lenses using my own frames. The service has been consistently excellent and every interaction with customer service has been prompt and has completely resolved my questions. I also find that the lenses are of a great quality and now I prefer to use Eyeglassdirect whenever possible for both prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. The price is excellent for progressive lens replacement and i really can’t recommend their services enough.
