Pretty good
Shipping was relatively quick. Glasses frames arrived undamaged and neatly packed, but one of my pairs of glasses arrived with a small scratch on the lens

ordered may 1, it is now may 20 after calling to find them they have not been made or tested. i guess i get to wait a couple more weeks for them to get it together. did not even get an eta or any shipping info from the associate just "we are busy and you are going to have to wait."

Filter not working on site
Can't get the website filter to work for me. I refuse to dig through all of a companies frames, it would take all day if I couldn't filter the search. I tried mobile site and the website on the laptop, neither worked for me. I wouldn't know how good they are since they stopped me in my tracks from looking with a subpar website.
