I ordered a MinnKota trolling motor. There was some issues with communications in regards to inforegarding my order. Once the issue was resolved, which took 2 days and multiply representatives the shipping was very quick and everything was in order.

This store sold a sham item to me and then would not take it back. There is no returns service and it is impossible to return items. They make it seem like you can return things but you cannot.

Item arrived damaged. Received UPS return label and dropped off item at UPS access point (corner shop in Epsom). UPS have no record of tracking number provided on return label and are unable to locate item. Return label obviously not right. Factory Outlet Store have not refunded and are unresponsive. Do not buy from Factory Outlet Store. 23/7/23 Hi, tried calling no response. Are you The Factory Outlet Store or Factory Outlet Store.

Nickie help me out and was very nice. I ordered a Braun clean and renew refill. When it came last Friday it was leaking and I couldn't use it. At that time I spoke with Adam. He said he was going to ship me out a replacement. During the conversation, I asked him specifically, if he wanted me to ship back the defective order 3 times. His reply was no, you can just throw it away. So I threw it away in my dumpster and an hour later he called me wanted me to ship the defective part back. I wasn't going to go into the dumpster and dig it out and he said that he would still ship out my replacement order. Well the order was never shipped and I was not contacted again. After close to a week, I called to check on my replacement order and Nickie helped me out and got me a refund. She was professional, and polite.
