Once I made a decision on which building we were going with , they made it simple to purchase said blueprints! I received them via email and was able to forward them to Miller Surveyors in Monroe, Indiana an have them printed off in large format so I may hand them out for various contractors to complete my new home !

Rhonda was wonderful and well…
Rhonda was wonderful and well knowledgeable of the plans available. She was aware that the plans I was interested in included a basement but was aware that my region (TX) uses primarily slab foundations. She then contacted the builder and found a blueprint set designed with a slab, and then called me back to confirm and discuss to assure I was getting what I actually wanted.

Bonnie was most attentive to our questions and even called us back after hours because she knew my son and I were meeting so I could help him make sure he ordered the right plans. She helped with our order and then called the designer to follow up on final questions we had before taking our credit card info.
