It arrived on time and everything was packaged well but it didnt look a lot like the sweater jhope was wearing also the whole site needs to be more size inclusive I got a 3x ( the largest size) and it still didnt fit I gave it to a friend

it took a little longer than expected (3 weeks) but the service was good. I liked how there was constant emails that updated me on where the package was. I ordered a sweater vest and it is very cute and I love it.
I bought an item Where the pants was not the measurments they said it was, and the material was cheap, did not look like the picture. I wanted to return them, But the return itself would almost cost more than buying it in the first place. They replied fast, will give them that, But would not recommend.

Great variety of products and easy display. The support team is super helpful and quick! It feels genuine, personal and not robotic at all. The products I bought so far are great. They came in perfect condition, many of them feel nicely manufactured and look like as shown in the pictures. Sometimes the measurements aren't accurate.
One thing I find quite annoying is, that some products aren't available anymore, yet you can still put them in your cart and pay. Afterwards you get a refund, which is not dramatic at all, it'd just help if said products are taken down beforehand.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with Fashion Chingu and will definitely buy some more!
