I received my product, although the material seems pretty good, unfortunately it was sewn backwards. The print is upsidedown. I didn't bother to return it/exchange it because it will be such a painful process since it came all the way from China

When I received my items, I was so happy it came! And everything that I ordered was there and it fit me perfectly (except for the white pleated skirt that was a little bit too big 😭). I would give this 5 stars, but I found like fluffy little cloth that came with one of the cardigans I ordered and I was kind of confused if it was supposed to come with the cardigan or not. Otherwise, 10/10 would def order from here again!
The delivery system is a mess.
It was delivered a month after the purchase.
I won't buy it again.

We are shipping from a warehouse in China and considering our processing time of 3-7 business days in addition to the shipping time to South Korea, delivery might take a bit. Though, our normal shipping time shouldn't be one month to South Korea, therefore we're sorry for the delay.

I didn't receive my order and it's been a month. But that's not anybody's fault because the package simply got stuck in the customs. The package tracker was really helpful in this case because without it, I wouldn't knew that my package was in the customs and would wonder why it didn't arrive.
I really love the product I received, although one of clothing didn’t fit and a lot of cloths on the store don’t have a size for bigger people. Overall I liked what I received.
It took about three weeks for my clothes to come in. With all the emails I was getting saying they were making sure my clothes were in perfect condition, I expected they would be. I opened the box and I’ve got two shirts with threads coming out all over it. Also, the quality of the clothes were very cheap for the price I had to pay. One pair of pants broke the second time I tried wearing them. Not shopping here again.

The quality of the coat is very good, it’s warm and cozy and most of all, it resembles the pictures almost to perfection, unlike other websites that use the same pictures but the product is completely different. The only flaw I find is that the puffy fabric leaves little fuzzies everywhere from time to time and it smells so much like plastic when you take it out of the bag. Other than that, the shipping took a surprisingly short time from China to Spain, and came well packaged.

I got Lisa's red cardigan and retro style orange sweater, they are both of good quality. I'm very happy with the red cardigan it's such a lovely shade of red. I also bought Blue And Red Striped Creamy White Loose Jacket, however there's a small hole on top of one of the pockets but not too noticeable I wouldn't bother too much.
