If I could give it a zero I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM EVER. I ordered clothes on the 15th of July 2026 and on the 17th of July I received notification the order shipped out to the shipping provider but since then the shipping has never updated and I’ve never received the parcel. I reached out to the customer service multiple times as the expected delivery date passed and I was offered a refund option. Shortly after customer services reached out again that I can only reach out for a refund on the 5th of August. Today is the 5th of August and I have still not received anything, the shipping has still not updated and customer services at fashion nova have told me to wait MORE days and reach out to them. Pushing the timeline even further after telling me to reach out on the 5th themselves. They do not want to issue me a refund or acknowledge that the shipment status has never updated from the 17th of July.
