I’ve been waiting on my order for almost 3 weeks, It was saying it had got shipped for two weeks then today they finally sent me a email saying they had to refund me my order through a Fashion Nova Giftcard, not telling me why it got cancelled or anything which is unfortunate because the items that i had in that order are now SOLD OUT

Gift Card Disappeared During Payment
I've shopped with Fashion Nova many times and have usually been happy with the service and my orders, until this experience. I placed an order on Fashion Nova's website and applied my gift card balance of $81.59 before checkout. However, when I was redirected to Klarna to complete payment, the gift card was removed from my order. The payment was processed before I had an opportunity to make any changes. When I was redirected back to the Fashion Nova website, the gift card was no longer applied. I immediately attempted to cancel the order through Fashion Nova's Help Center, but was unsuccessful. Although there is a "Cancel Order" button, clicking it only produces a message stating, "We are already processing your order." It's hard to understand how an order can be processed so quickly that a customer cannot cancel it within minutes of placing it. Additionally, I have been unable to reach a live representative or find an effective way to contact customer support. The "Contact Us" link simply redirects customers back to the same FAQs and Help Center pages, with no option to speak with someone directly. I am requesting that Fashion Nova either apply my $81.59 gift card balance to my order or cancel the order and issue a full refund. This issue was caused by a problem during the checkout process, not by any action on my part. My hope is that Fashion Nova will make this right and improve its customer support and checkout experience for future customers. Until this issue is resolved, I encourage potential shoppers to proceed with caution when using gift cards and third-party payment providers during checkout.
