The jacket that I ordered was advertised to be leather. Plus it’s longer than the picture shown. Go to their website, go to: Shop By Category, Outerwear, Leather Coats…the first double breasted black coat. Customer Service asked that I take a picture for them to see. They replied that they sent me the right thing and offered a 40% discount for another purchase. Are you kidding?! Never again. Lesson learned.
They describe a jacket as leather it is certainly not. It is hideous and not sized correctly. Taken pictures as requested basically jump thru hoops and offered a 40 % off on my next purchase that's a joke they should not be allowed to operate in the United states. They have basically stolen a 149.00 form me. I'm ashamed to say I'd ordered another one I thought was a nicer jacket before this last one arrived. I'm sure it will be the same mess. I've turned it over to paypal because that's how I payed. PayPal needs to not do business with them. Or maybe we don't do business with pay pal if they don't honor my request for a refund.
Customer service online tracking device would not except any passwords I have. The am I a human or robot portion is confusing and not reliable. After you complete your order you leave your customers in the cold about updates and no response from customer service online. No call access. Your selection of products is unique and appealing to a multifaceted audience, please improve your customer service communication

Not real leather and wrong item sent. Didn't even bother to return for the correct item. Chalked it up as a lesson learned. Stay far away from this company.
The product is no where near what they say in the description. Sizing is all wrong for North America. Customer service is slow or non responsive. They should not be doing business in North America. Cheap Cheap product.

I must repost this review. While I am attracted to the clothing on merchant website, WARNING, do not waste your time. I ordered five items mid November 2024 and only received two. Two items received appears low graded - Thrift Store Garments. Informed merchant that I am no longer interested nor want items and to process refund and return for two items received. Merchant sends incomprehensible emails and the audacity to offer deals on Facebook in lieu of full refund. I am working my bank to investigate this merchant and reverse charges. I absolutely very attracted to style and design men's clothing on website
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Terribly poor quality merchandise. They don’t honor returns. Don’t waste your time or money; their clothes are cheap & falsely advertised
Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered 🙄 what a farce! Ordered a cool pink evening jacket and received a Liberace reject! Huge gold buttons with sparkly gold brading on collars and pockets. Absolutely hideous joke of a jacket only suitable for fancy dress if you want to go as Liberace dressing as a camp ringmaster. AVOID AT ALL COST ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!!
This place is a scam. I spent $107.00 for a outfit and a shirt. I never received the order, but got a email saying order received. I contacted these people. They're willing to pay me only $40 for a refund. Do not do business with these scammers
The item that I ordered was nothing like what I received. The item received was made of VERY thin vinyl, and very cheaply constructed. I strongly recommend that you delete this website from your church engine. Please, please, please, do not order from findercube. Save yourself the disappointment.

The only negative I would have to say is the smallest size available at the moment being a medium. As sharp as the jacket looks of what I just ordered, I truly hope it fits me as I usually order small. That’s about it.
