I purchased an OBD to use for my car because it was at a good price and something that I was looking to purchase. HOWEVER, I will say that I’m not used it YET because I purchased it when I was away from home and had it delivered to my house for my return. I thought it was had a problem that I was charged for a subscription due to the purchase in one item, and that issue has been corrected

This is the first time I’ve used it! It works great on my Envista. I will be looking for a good used car soon for my grandson, and I’m so thankful that I can use this to check for any problems before I buy one.

When I bought the sensor it was half price and I figured for 18 why not try it. I put in my information, double checked the price which was like $21 with tax, and pushed buy. My credit card soon after sent me a message that a charge of $42 was taken from my card. I looked at the confirmation email and they had tacked on a 2nd sensor and a replacement plan that I didn't authorize. I emailed them and told them to take the unauthorized charges off and return it to the authorized amount and they sent me a link back to change my order myself. Then about 2 weeks later my credit card again sends me a message that they're trying to take $100 for a subscription I did not authorize. I denied the charge and it took forever to find and cancel the subscription they had signed me up for. It took no less than 6 pages of stay with us, don't cancel bs to finally get it to cancel. Imagine if someone clicked one or two cancels and thought they were done. 6 times I had to scroll to the bottom of choose to stay and we will give you this discount pages. It's rediculous.
Definite HIDDEN COSTS!!!! The advertisement makes it seem that you purchase the device and it’s plug ‘n play. I saw the order confirmation email 15 minutes after placing the order that said there was a recurring monthly fee. I immediately contacted them to cancel and received confirmation that the membership/subscription was cancelled but they still sent the device. I just got through dealing with the chatbot that said their policy is no returns or refunds once the product has been processed/shipped. The device is USELESS without membership, I cancelled 15 minutes after placing the order and the chatbot said orders are immediately processed for shipment. It made no sense to still send the device but that’s how they keep your money. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS and I’m sure there’s better devices out there.
Everything is a la cart, loaded with upgrades if you want full function. I was unable to reset warning lights. It also has pop up ads. Not happy at all. I didn't find it under friendly. You are much better off paying more to get a plug in that has more function and less interest in upgrading everything to Premium. Good luck with this POST

Purchased and received the product. Shortly thereafter, a $99.99 support fee was attempted but was flagged by my bank as suspicious. I had not been made aware of this support fee before my purchase. FIXD refused to give me an RMA and/or a refund on my purchase.
