FIXD; not a good company to deal with
I bought 2 FIXD devices for my motoring friends a year ago. I do not have a car as I am retired and in my 70s. Recently, FIXD have charged me a subscription from my account of 108 euros and refuses to refund me. I have contacted them on numerous occasions. They keep telling me of the benefits I will lose if I leave them. They are not listening to me at all. I would warn people about getting involved with them.
