Vorsicht bei FIXD! Ich habe mich für einen kostenlosen Testaccount angemeldet, wurde zum Apple App Store weitergeleitet – und wurde sofort mit 59,99 € belastet, ohne jede klare Ankündigung. Als ich umgehend mein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht geltend gemacht habe, wurde das einfach ignoriert. Auf meine Support-Anfrage kam nur eine automatische "Wir melden uns bald"-Mail. Dazu funktioniert das Gerät selbst nicht wie beworben. Für mich ein klarer Fall von unseriösem Umgang mit Kunden – ich bin nach wie vor auf mein Geld und eine echte Antwort gespannt. Englisch: Be careful with FIXD. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, got redirected to the Apple App Store, and was immediately charged €59,99 with no clear disclosure. I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal right away - it was simply ignored. All I got back was an automated "we'll be in touch soon" email. On top of that, the device itself doesn't work as advertised. This feels like a genuinely bad way to treat customers, and I'm still waiting for my money and an actual response.

They give you a free trial with their app when you buy, but don't tell you that they will charge your card after the free trial. All of a sudden you have a subscription that cost you over $160 AUS dollars.🤬

Great product BUT beware of the small print! You will be automatically signed up for a Premium membership if you're not careful, costing you another $100 or so. I genuinely wasn't aware of this and consequently requested a refund. But it was declined. Check the reviews on this site as many people have experienced a similar response. Very sad.
