One of the best vape shop out there. I ordered an item on January 20 and it was delivered to me on January 30 (German Warehouse). Before the order i contacted the staff asking for the availability of an order and they answered me in less than 12 hours, this continued throughout the purchasing process and even after. They won’t update you if you don’t write them, but rest assured that they will get the job done and they will deliver everything you order from them. 5 stars!
German: Also die Seite ist etwas verzögert am laden usw, ABER alles was ich seit 2023 bestellt habe ist immer angekommen, egal ob German Warehouse oder nicht. Habe ALLES erhalten was gekauft wurde von mir, voll funktionstüchtig. Meine letzte bestellung war ein Boro mod, die war leider vom Chip her irgendwie nicht 100% funktionstüchtig, das passierte zum ersten mal nach all meinen einkäufen, wiederstand wurde nicht erkannt, hatte focalecig angeschrieben und um HILFE gebeten,nicht lange gedauert, bekam ich eine Antwort, hat sich darum gekümmert das wir meinen neuen Mod zum laufen kriegen, mit seiner Erlaubnis und Verantwortung auf Gewährleistung, alles ohne erfolg was wir taten, email verkehr, mit bildern und videos, der Support vom Focalecig entschied sich dann, mir einen NEUEN, denselben Boro Mod zu verschicken und oben drauf einen ersatzteil für den nicht funktionierenden Mod,OHNE einen cent von mir zu verlangen, die Waren kamen an wie versprochen vom Focalecig. Ersatzteil ausgetauscht, aber leider auch ohne Erfolg, war nicht schlimm, denn der neue Boro Mod funktioniert, in meinen Augen, ist Focalecig das Beste mit sehr gutem Support, der micht NICHT im Stich gelassen hat. Habe volles vetrauen an Focalecig, danke Focalecig für den besten Support den ich je hatte 👍🏼 klare empfehlung von mir, werde weiterhin definitiv bei Focalecig in Zukunft einkaufen
English: So the site is a bit delayed at loading, etc., BUT everything I've ordered since 2023 has always arrived, whether German Warehouse or not. I received EVERYTHING that was bought from me, full functionality. My last order was a Boro mod, which was unfortunately not 100% functional from the chip somehow,this happened for the first time after my many orders, resistance was not recognized, had focalecig written and asked for HELP, didn't take long, I got an answer, he took care that we get my new mod to work, with his Permission and Responsibility we tryed, everything without success what we did, email traffic, with pictures and videos, the support of the Focalecig then decided to send me a NEW, same Boro mod and on top of that a spare part for the non-working mod, WITHOUT taking any more cents from me, the goods arrived as promised from the Focalecig. Replacement part, but unfortunately also without success, was not bad, because the new Boro Mod works, in my eyes, Focalecig is the best with very good support, which does NOT let me down. I have full confidence in Focalecig, thank you Focalecig for the best support I have ever had 👍🏼 Clear recommendation from me, will definitly continue to shop at Focalecig in the future

The website looks a little suspicious, so I had pretty low expectations, but after I made my order, they sent it a couple days later (DE warehouse) and it arrived fairly quickly. I hadn't received a tracking code, so I sent them an email, and they responded in less than 12 hours. Definitely a good shop despite the rough exterior, would recommend.

A bit slow on the shipping but all in all a great store with a lot of options. Only bought from the German warehouse cause I live in Europe. I never had a problem with any of the items received.

There is no more email. supposedly want to send the day before yesterday and until today comes no shipment number, etc. more. Emails are no longer responded to! Careful, apparently rip-off! Had me wondering why no more Paypal is offered.

as ghosty as the website looks, and had a few problem for creating an account, i got my package for a almost hundred dollars order after 9 days , i ordered the package from the german warehouse

Not really reliable shop. I have ordered from Warehouse Germany 1 week ago and my order is still not on the way to me. On E-Mail complaint they answered beginning with „Hello friend…“. I would recommend staying away from this shop.
Sunday I ordered two items from German Warehouse,
Monday at 8:15 a.m. I got a tracking ID.
Thursday items arrived!
Email question was answered in a few hours!
