I’m afraid that I have to give the chairs I bought for my kitchen table a bad review. They look great but they are not fit for purpose. Fondhouse were very helpful when I had a problem on ordering but have not responded to any of my emails regarding the way the legs on the chairs need tightening virtually every time you sit on them. They are not safe. Very disappointing after sales service
Really pleaded with the furniture. Arrived really quickly and kept informed. When I had a question it was answered very quickly and I felt satisfied with their response. Highly recommend and would use again.
Fantastic!! Ordered 24 chairs for my art class and everyone says how comfy they are. Just ordered some shelves for my retail area and wow.....no tools just fold out. Customer services are amazing as I had a faulty chair and I had replacement straight away. Not like some big furniture stores who are useless. This company is great I'm every way and will use again for sure!! Fast shipping too. Well done and thank you!!!
Ordered table and chairs Saturday chairs arrived Monday table arrived Thursday. Free delivery great quality. VERY HAPPY saved money ordering with Fondhouse
Ordered dining chairs. Unfortunately goods arrived damaged. Fondhouse customer services continuously stayed in touch and organised return courier and refund. Very supportive company.
Bought an absolutely beautiful table and four chairs for just over £200. The goods arrived well packaged and quickly. The postage was also free. Got the marble effect table with teal coloured velvety chairs. The chairs are so comfy and the whole set looks so modern. 100% recommend.
