I love this program
I love this program. It's so easy to use. I use it to make graphics for Spotify playlists, social media graphics, and invitations. Sure it's limited, but that's part of the beauty because it's simple to use. Create your own AI graphics and then drop them in.

So easy to use! I was looking for a tool to design a simple photo collage for my son's engagement.
I cancelled my FotoJet free trial…
I cancelled my FotoJet free trial before it expired, and FotoJet support confirmed the cancellation by email. Despite that confirmation, FotoJet charged my account on 29 September 2025. Premium features were never activated and my account still shows as suspended. I have screenshots of the support email and the bank transaction — in my experience, be careful before providing payment details.
Look for a different product.
It has nice collage designs and paid version gives you more choices but downloading your collages can be impossible even with paid subscription, especially if you reasonably expect to download them straight away. Some pictures in the collages appear as blank irrespective of the format you choose for download, FAQ says that large pictures are trimmed automatically. It's literally impossible to use pictures taken with any iPhone since they fail to download as collages. Look for a different product.

Got this to replace Picasa
Got this to replace Picasa when I moved to a new computer. Have to say 'it's not Picasa' but I have to let that go. It's easy to navigate and so far has done most of what I need. I think I will become more enthusiastic as I get used to it.
Collage Maker Desktop don't work properly
Spend 30 Euro for the dektop version of Collage Maker. This program don't work properly, is not possible to adjust the slidebars of properties. After complaining they offer the use the freeware version. I don't pay for a product to use the freeware, which had less functionality.

First of all they are trying to show 5* on their website, which in reality is 3.9*. That’s is already lie, lol. This company has a very bad practice of charging people full year subscriptions with no reminders for upcoming charges. Usually, I try many of the services before I decide what I will be using and never had any problem of getting refunded even if I missed the deadline. If I don’t like the product and don’t use it, why should I pay for it. Most of the good companies send an automated email notification to remind that the trial period is about to end. The product quality is below average. There is no way I was going to stay subscribed and they know it. There is no information about where the company is located at, not even on the “sales receipt”. No phone number. It looks like a total scam.

We explained that if a user doesn't cancel the subscription during the 7-day free trial of FotoJet activity, FotoJet will automatically renew your subscription and charge you for the service. You can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking the "Cancel My Subscription" link at the bottom of your account page. You subscribed to the 7-day free trial but didn't cancel it in time. So, you were automatically charged for the service. Have a nice day!
Poor product, even worse customer service. Got ripped off
Tried the product - the advertised features did not exist in the product. The free trial extended for one year and was charged 40 USD. Immediately asked for refund which was denied. Poor customer service.
