Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience I downloaded Fotor intending to try it for one month, but the cancellation process was extremely difficult and confusing. Despite multiple attempts to cancel and even sending emails requesting assistance, my account was still charged for a full one-year subscription without my consent. I find this practice very concerning and frustrating. Customer support did not resolve the issue, and I feel the app made it unnecessarily complicated to cancel. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware before subscribing. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Fotor based on my experience.

Zero customer service and money for nothing
I subscribed to their service and when I went to use some advanced features I was asked to pay a supplement which I did. When I tried accessing the extra services my payment didn't show despite the fact it had been taken. I contacted them three times and all I got was automated emails. On the basis of this I wouldn't recommend using them.

This company steal my money, i apply for trial but not use and email them to cancel the subscription but they denied it, i also request paypal but they refuse to help. Terrible company.
