I only have one bank account and card, again, you were happy to pull money from it but now are being wishy washy about it being enough to pay me. This should be easier, quicker, and equitable. You would ban me as a customer if I delayed or attempted to stop you from getting your money, right? So right now, I'm out over a hundred, and have to wait on pins and needles and accept you'll do the right thing eventually. The games are fun, and I'm willing to entertain amending this review a bit if they eventually find their sense of fair play, but for now, I'm just disappointed and anxious because the process is opaque and not confidence inspiring.

Awful experience. I signed up as a new player, bought one of their packages, and could barely play any of the games I've searched for. Some games did not load at all, others said I couldn't play and to contact support, others said "not available in your country," which is not true since these are games that I've played in other social casinos with no problem. Free Spin Casino needs to work on their customer service skills and getting their redemptions processed. I won a week ago and I've won there once before and I still do not have my payout and I chose crypto for it. On their site it says bitcoin takes 27 minutes. On Friday I asked about my payout and they were very snarky about it. Saying it takes the people take 3 business days to process it. Why do they advertise quick payouts when it's far from it.
