Flowers weren’t delivered to address…
Flowers weren’t delivered to address provided,rang to ask where flowers were First Lady I spoke to when I asked to speak to manager she hung up,rang back spoke to gentleman regarding refund he said they email me form to fill out which never happened.Went through bank to get refund.company now disputing for product not delivered to organised address. Absolutely terrible experience

Anniversary Flowers
The flowers that were delivered for our anniversary were hot, as though they had been left in the sun. On opening them, they were put in water immediately, and we noticed that there were numerous black petals (3 doz red roses were order). Leaves were dry, and falling off. During the last 5 days the petals have continuously fallen off. Still trying to keep them fresh with trimming an fresh water. Extremely disappointed. The company did provide some compensation, but it didn't make up for the disappointment
