Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a gorgeous arrangement it cost $96. What the recipient received was maybe a $19.99 arrangement from the grocery store. When I sent a message to the company, I received an immediate response: " Here is 20% back. Tells me they are used to this. I did not want a refund I want what I ordered to be delivered. I have been ignored.

Failure to deliver
Actually, I would prefer to rate zero stars. Initial arrangement was delivered on wrong date. Company promised to resend flowers on correct date, but never did. Do not use From You Flowers

Worst experience
I placed an order trying to impress my girlfriend with flowers, but the whole process turned into an absolute nightmare. I regularly send her flowers and have never run into an issue like this before, so trying a new company was a huge mistake. Because I am currently living outside the US, my order was randomly flagged and canceled because I couldn't pass their verification process.
To make matters worse, there is no live online chat on their website and no option to verify anything digitally. International calls wouldn't connect on my end, so I actually had to ask my girlfriend to call customer service directly to help clear things up. Even with her calling them directly, customer support was completely unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue.
It completely ruined a special gesture, wasted my time, and left me furious. If you are ordering internationally or trying to send a gift to someone in the US, look elsewhere—their system and customer service are a mess. Lesson learned: I'm sticking with the company I usually buy from.

Expectation vs Reality
Unfortunately my flowers were NOTHING like what I ordered. While I completely understand the need to substitutions based on season and availability not a single flower in the ordered arrangement was in the delivered arrangement. Not only that, but instead of having 5 large (orange) roses with a bunch of spray roses, it had 4 red roses, carnations and daisies. The cheapest flowers that can be found. I could have bought this from ShopRite for $10. Not even the vase was correct! When I contacted them they first offered me a 30% refund and then upped it to 50% but that didn't include the delivery fee which was 1/3 of the total cost, and the flowers were not delivered until 6pm. Not a great experience, I won't order from them again.

I have mixed feelings with this flower delivery service.
I had lots of to-ing and fro-ing with a couple of orders.
On a positive note, when I spoke to the customer service agent, they were accommodating, and tried to put right my complaints.
Because of all the issues I had encountered, and because they were unable to deliver to one address, as the location was remote and they had no available florists there to fulfill the order, they offered me a complimentary gift to an address of my choice. That was unexpected, as I only expected a refund on the non delivery.
That explains the mixed review scores I had previously given.
Therefore for customer service I give 5 stars, but I have to deduct one star because I found the whole process with the interchange of emails, telephone calls stressful.
I would use this FYF again, but I would double check that the area code is a deliverable one :-)
