Very Dissatisfied Customer
I ordered a rose bouquet in a red vase online. I recvd a disgraceful arrangement 1 dozen roses in a dirty dingy once clear vase with browning water, dead leaves floating and half baby breath. The arrangement was for my cousin who is nearing the end of life. This was appalling to me. I got another vase and more baby breath and foliage and redid the $74 arrangement. Needless to say I will never buy from them again and no one else should either!

I tried five other online flower retailers and none of the others made my ordering simple. They all had glitches or hidden fees. This was simple, fast, accurate and the cost was reasonable.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER
This is the worst company to purchase flowers, I have had to reach out to them in regards to my complaint back in May for Mother's Day. My delivery didn't come on the day it came 2days late and also stated Dozen stem roses, but only received 10, but they email me to state 'Dozen Assorted Roses Special - Petite is supplied as a 10-stem arrangement', but this is not what is stated in my purchase it stated DOZEN not 10, and also missing the chocolates also in my delivery so I had sent a photo of what I had received and they sent me a response today stating 'We have reviewed your concerns and the details of your order. Our records confirm that the Lindt chocolates were included with the delivery, and the Dozen Assorted Roses Special – Petite was supplied as a 10-stem arrangement as per the product details. The order was completed and provided to the value paid', they offered me a $50 in store credit but I said why would I want to purchase from this place again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PURCHASING ROSES
