I ordered flowers for a birthday and did the same day delivery. It’s $3.99 feet for same day. I reached out to customer service to see the status of the delivery because the tracker was not updating to our for delivery. I got a customer support agent whose names started with two A’s. My question was will the flowers be delivered today since I paid the fee of same day. I got a rude response and then they just ended the chat. I was hoping for a great experience since this is my first time using this site, but it seems this is going to be my last time using this site. Just an edit to my review. The flowers look nothing like what I purchased. I will never be ordering from here and I will be asking for a refund.

Too many requirements for payment. Not sure if "No Thanks" to your request to keep security # on credit card went through as screen moved way too fast. Like the product I bought, but not sure if I'll use this company again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering flowers for a birthday. I ordered a bouquet in peach and cream tones with a vase, but what was delivered was a completely different bouquet in red, with fewer flowers and entirely different flower varieties. It honestly felt like a joke—and at the same time, like false advertising. They offered to send a replacement, but I requested a refund instead (haven’t got any response tet). The surprise had already been ruined, and I didn’t want to risk another disappointing delivery. The damage was already done. I would not recommend this company. They are simply not reliable.

If i could give this company -5 stars I would do it. After leaving a review yesterday I got contacted by them with an offer of $20 voucher. I was willing to remove my yesterday's review if they deliver my order today (still 2 days later). Guess what? I've got a notification order was delivered and it was in fact not. Mind you I placed this order 2 days prior the delivery date, provided two contact phone numbers. The company hasn't delivered on time. I then was following up with hem constantly and provided an address. They did call the recipient and confirm the address and still hasn't delivered the order while claiming they did. How is that possible with 2 contact phone number and address it is just beyond my understanding. I do order internationally and this is by far the worst absolutely awful experience I have ever had. It's insane how this company does not want to do its job. I am now waiting for the photo proof of the delivery. Please fromyouflowers DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONTACT ME UNLESS MY ORDER IS DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE PERSON. I am seriously considering taking more actions in regards to this. Never ever order from them anything.
