No customer service contact info only by email not even guaranteed it's real diamonds. I was told there was supposed to be a GIA certificate in with it and there's not. God have mercy on your soul if it's fake

Very satisfied overall
Nothing negative to say. I have been very satisfied overall. Picking the jewelry is intense, but once the selection is made, financing is next to nothing to complete. Once the order is in, you don't receive updates, so you are a bit in limbo until the item is sent out. This is my only complaint. If you check on your order online, it doesn't seem to update. I have ordered several items in the past and will continue to use them. Very happy doing business here..

Hi Melvin, According to our records, you placed your order on November 13th, and we shipped it out on December 13th, which makes it exactly a month. Before placing orders, we make it clear that if there are any customizations, it can take up to 25-30 business days for the ring to be made. We apologize if it took longer than you expected.

Frankie was the best help when designing and creating this ring. She was amazing to work with and very responsive. She helped me create a well balanced ring that incorporated everything I hoped for, even if it took a few different designs. I highly recommend working with Gage for a seamless and pleasing experience. It will make the process much more fun and meaningful to work with someone who is open to your and understands your constraints, just as Frankie was able to do.

Great experience! Nikki! Did an amazing job helping me pick out the center stone. I was picky and pretty set on finding the best center stone with little no to bow tie. She found the perfect one for my fiancé in less than no time. Such an easy buying process. Shipping was super fast as well. You guys rock, thank you so much.
