Thank you very much for your understanding!
TOTAL SCAM. Avoid this company. Owner heckled me into placing an order. Never received it. Was promised updates which I never received. Was finally sent a refund with no explanation. I contacted Joytoy directly, who refused to confirm this company was officially licensed, which is a major red flag. It’s a shame. I was excited for the items but as always if something is too good to be true it usually is. Buyer beware.
Hi, I am so sorry for all the trouble. We've sent the refund to you. We found that we've made a big mistake regarding this shipping cost. The products you bought are so huge that the shipping cost is so high that we couldn't afford it. So we have to refund all of your entire order to you. We are honest in this business, as the staff of the official website may not know yet. You can check our license here. https://www.gametoyfriend.com/about-us/#h-official-joytoy-authorized-distributor Sorry for all the incovience again. ❤️🩹❤️🩹
