TOTAL SCAM. Avoid this company. Owner heckled me into placing an order. Never received it. Was promised updates which I never received. Was finally sent a refund with no explanation. I contacted Joytoy directly, who refused to confirm this company was officially licensed, which is a major red flag. It’s a shame. I was excited for the items but as always if something is too good to be true it usually is. Buyer beware.
The item I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Furthermore I paid a premium for additional “glow” material, and yet even in a dark room the glow effect lasted mere minutes and was barely distinguishable. The free gift was also borderline patronizing. The website shows a variety of high end pendants and rings that are given as gifts. The pendant I received looked like it cost less than $10. I’m also still waiting for half my order. Thoroughly shocked and disappointed. I wish I’d done more research and looked at the negative reviews instead of the positive before I ordered. Their custom service isn’t replying so, like everyone else, I will have no option but to file a charge back…
