It has been one of the worst…
It has been one of the worst experiences with a vehicle rent service. As an international person trying to rent a car, it’s impossible - they asked for several documents to verify my account, which I gladly submitted and they rejected the application twice stating that the international driver license we have isn’t valid despite all original files submitted. We had to cancel the reservation and now they’re withholding the reimbursement. We tried calling the phone they have in the website and it does not lead to customer service. I do not recommend this app, it’s not professional nor responsive.
