I bought Sensate as my vagus nerve is…
I bought Sensate as my vagus nerve is not functioning very well. It has helped me relax. The added reason is you can actually be doing other things whilst it stimulates the vagus nerve. Good if you haven’t the time to be still. The stimulation is calming to the nervous system and helps the mind focus on the vibrations and background music. I’m aware I need to use it far more regularly to have the ultimate benefit! My aim is to incorporate it daily! Thank you!

There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I send emails and never receive a response. I have sent 10 emails over the past month. I do EVERYTHING requested to prove I already purchase PLUS and nobody ever gets back to me. It might be fair to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and will likely lead to me returning the product. Sadly, I probably can't return the product, because that would require customer service. I had hoped to get one of these for my daughter, but I won't be wasting more money. I should have believed the reviews and not bought the product. I was warned, but I hoped for the best thinking this product could really positively impact my well being.

Incredible. Completely regulate nervous systems within minutes. Helps with panic attacks, general anxiety, migraines, and the need for substances. I recommend it highly for everyone. If every household used this, we’d have a much calmer, connected world.

Poor battery life…
This has helped calm me occasionally but the problem is that the battery does not seem to hold a charge well. I went awhile without using it and then last night, when I couldn't sleep, I wanted to use it but it was completely dead even though I fully charged it after my last use.

Processing & shipping times were significantly delayed without communication. Customer service response time was also quite delayed, requiring more than one inquiry only to receive an answer that did not adequately address the concern. I was close to cancelling my order out of concern this was a fraudulent site. HOWEVER, I have my Sensate now & just used it for the first time tonight. I'm hoping this works as well as I've read. Just waiting for my subscription to be activated.

Just love my Sensate
Just love my Sensate. I have been using this device for 5 years and keep getting benefits from it. This is my way of unwinding and regaining enough energy to keep going as I have fibromyalgia and lots of chronic pain and I get pretty washed out at one point in the day. I definitely recommend this device
