I love my Tespo but it is no longer producing enough water to make a "solution"...I have to add water to it. I don't have the receipt but I do n't think I have had it for more than a year. Very disappointing!

I get the woman's complete and the hair skin and nails. I feel like the hair skin and nails clumps up so when the machine pokes through the foil it doesn't come out well and then the opening in the machine gets clogged up with product. That opening isn't easy to clean either. I'm not sure how to clean off the metal piece that punctures the foil. Otherwise I like the vitamins themselves. I hate swallowing pills so this is a good answer for me.

I have had 2 of the original Tespo machine and 1 personalized Tespo machine and none of them work the way they are advertised. I have never successfully gotten the personalized Tespo machine to dispense my vitamins. I am not sure if the pod is too full or the machine is just not able to pierce the pod. The vitamins are great, I just have to open them with a knife and pour them into my protein shake each morning.

The dispenser does come with a one year warranty so that if we are unable to get yours working properly we will replace it. I love the idea of this as my body does not absorb vitamins. The one problem I have with the machine is that I find an awful lot of unused powder under the disc when I change them . And the flavor is not the best, but I will continue using the product because in the end I think it will give my body the best chance.
