i have tried to contct them on their 24/7 contact prompt but no reply after 12 hours instruments seem very cheap they want to be paid direct to bank and not credit card which can be recalled

Mayjen Sungkono No.2, Malang and phone/email details. However: The contact details on the site are not responding and feel unverifiable. High-value dental equipment MUST be shown on video with visible serial numbers or inspected in person before payment. The address listed is a public office complex — that alone doesn’t prove the seller is a real reseller. If you’re considering buying: insist on a live video demo of the exact unit (show serial number and packaging), a valid invoice with company tax/registration.
