Unverifiable seller for high-value dental scanner — do not prepay
I contacted Global Faster Tech about purchasing a 3Shape E3 Dental Scanner (product page on their site). Their contact page shows an office address at Perkantoran Terpadu, Jl. Mayjen Sungkono No.2, Malang and phone/email details.
However:
The contact details on the site are not responding and feel unverifiable.
High-value dental equipment MUST be shown on video with visible serial numbers or inspected in person before payment.
The address listed is a public office complex — that alone doesn’t prove the seller is a real reseller.
If you’re considering buying: insist on a live video demo of the exact unit (show serial number and packaging), a valid invoice with company tax/registration.

Scammed by PerkasaMedical.com – Fake Tracking Number, No Product, Lost My Money
I run a dental clinic in Carolina and want to warn other dentists and clinics about PerkasaMedical.com.
I ordered a 3Shape TRIOS 3 Wireless Pod from their website. Before payment, they were very responsive and promised quick shipping. After I sent the money, they even gave me a tracking number to make it look real.
But the tracking number was fake. The shipment never existed. After that, they stopped replying to my emails and calls.
No product. No refund. Just lies and lost money.
Please, do not trust PerkasaMedical.com. Always verify suppliers and use secure payment methods. I hope my story saves someone else from losing their hard-earned money like I did.
