Fraud Alert, Good Luck Getting a Refund

I wanted a specific color of discontinued frames, email their support who confirmed they had it in stock. Order the glasses, they shipped the wrong color. I emailed them and they denied my return and refund. They changed the invoice on line to different color, good thing I had printed a copy before contacting support. Customer service is horrible no resolution process other than to tell you no manager to speak to and putting you on hold. This company commited fraud by changing your online invoice. Make sure you download a copy as soon as you order a product from them.

What made them top notch was when I ordered the tint wrong and had to return them. The 12 -20 emails i shared with your team of people it seemed like all the emails were answered by the same person with respect and compassion. Of course they weren’t but the whole team was phenomenal. I just sent the wrong frames back today and they even discounted the pair of lenses that were wrong by 80 percent so i only had to pay 22 dollars for the my mistake. That company has customer service as second nature which is crazy in today’s whacked out world. Go optics has a bunch of people that all went above and beyond for me. They cared about my mix up and helped me to make it right. I bet they all have respectful kids. Thanks to all who had anything to do with my order-return-order…. I hope you all get an extra 10 minute break. Bye

The site is very painful

The site is very painful. Keeps making one start at the beginning when changes are made. Prompts to upload script and needs order number....but this is before youre provided an order number. Not user friendly. If I didnt already have a pair of these and love them...I wouldnt have bothered ordering

Before placing my order I specifically asked whether the glasses would arrive with the original case and was assured they would. What arrived instead was a generic case with no lens cloth — for a pair of Bruno Magli frames made in Italy. That is a meaningful misrepresentation. The glasses themselves may be authentic, but the fulfillment does not reflect the quality of the product being sold. Buyers should ask detailed questions and get answers in writing before purchasing.

They got everything WRONG.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Go Optic. I ordered what I expected to be high-quality frames, but what I received was poor. The lenses were mounted badly and the overall finish did not meet expectations. I returned the item at my own expense and followed all the required customs instructions carefully. Before returning it, I was explicitly told by a representative that I would not be charged any additional taxes or fees, as the item had already been paid for. However, when the frames were sent back to me, I was charged again. When I contacted customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was simply told to refer to the terms and conditions, despite providing clear evidence (including emails) showing that I had been told otherwise. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor product quality, additional unexpected charges, and unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend.

Nice service and perfect glasses, I can only find the frame and lenses I'm seeking for on this website, it might take a long time for them to get your glasses delivered (mine took about 1 month) but I got exactly what I ordered.

They do not have TERRIBLE customer service. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. You cannot contact them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my frames. Bad experience. Do not do business with this company!
