Jaishree Patel helped us to get our messaging systems running properly with whatsapp integration, and then stayed on the call to walk us through the process of getting it verified on Meta. OUTSTANDING customer support, wonderful English accent, and she has a photographic memory! Fantastic experience so far
Fantastic experience so far. Khushboo who was assigned to me was very helpful. She explained everything so well and guided me with my questions. Very kind and friendly. Thank you Khoshboo for your assistance! 10 out of 10!!!! She is very consistent with her follow up, kept reminded me in a way to keep going with my set up everytime I saw her emails. I was going between the thoughts of: "Don't be lazy today, get it done!!! Just power through this last step, keep going!!!" Receiving a half done work would always mean Khushboo checking in if I needed help lol. So I was adamant to get them done

I had a couple of tricky support issues…
I had a couple of tricky support issues which other agents had difficulty resolving. However, Sakshi Agarwal was able to breeze right through it and successfully fix everything that was not working correctly. If anyone is lucky enough to have her as their support technician, they will no doubt be as pleased as I am with the results.

Excellent and fast support from Iram Qadri
