Lora was a big help in resolving several email-related issues in GoHighLevel. She guided me through the bounced/invalid emails that weren’t properly verified, helped address the cancelled email marketing campaign that couldn’t be resent due to system limitations, and showed how to properly exclude those invalid emails.
She also assisted in setting up the automation to remove DND status from specific contacts so they could continue receiving emails. Clear, patient, and effective support throughout. Appreciate the help, Lora!
