Well, I want to start out with the new "AI" help system has a long road to travel before it becomes what you think it will. Once I got to the waiting room and exhausted the chat, it was amazing as normal. I have used Zoom many times, and nothing but excellent resources come from them. Tonight I was with Akhil K., and I felt that my issue was going to be a challenge, and of course he nailed it right out. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for the amazing work Akhil!
