I needed support assistance so called the 888 number and when the agent came on I stated what I needed and with a short response the agent abruply stated she would take care of the issue and further stated I was RUDE and hung up. Absolutely not the best experience. I have since received a call from a Mgr in the Customer Support area. he apologized and was able to resolve my issues. Thx HighLevel Support.
