I can't say enough great things about Sam P. I had a technical issue that could have had serious consequences for my job. After speaking with two different specialists who couldn't fix it—and even told me there was no solution and that I should delete all my work—I was panicking. My experience with GoHighLevel’s sales support was disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from the company. The website advertised a 50% summer promotion, yet I was not given the advertised discount when I attempted to sign up. I also received two different answers from two employees regarding the same question, which created confusion and made the information feel unreliable. I was then referred to a “specialist” who was supposedly going to help answer my questions. Instead, most of the conversation focused on pressuring me to purchase the $497 plan, even though I clearly explained that the plan did not fit my needs. The approach felt more like an aggressive upsell than a genuine effort to understand my situation and recommend the appropriate option. The call also ended in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner after I chose not to sign up. Customers should not feel as though they are being confronted, pressured, or treated differently simply because they decline an offer. GoHighLevel should provide clearer and more consistent information regarding its advertised promotions and ensure that its sales representatives respect customers’ decisions. Aggressive sales tactics and potentially misleading or conflicting information can damage the company’s reputation and cause prospective customers to consider competing platforms. I would appreciate meaningful action rather than additional sales talk specifically, clarification regarding the advertised 50% summer promotion and better training and accountability for employees handling prospective customers.
