I’m on the $297/month Agency plan in…
I’m on the $297/month Agency plan in India, where we have to pay invoices manually because Stripe isn’t available. While trying to make the payment, I was suddenly logged out of my agency account. Despite sending multiple emails I haven’t received a resolution.
Now my account is asking me to pay another $297, BUT im on summer plan 178. while I still can’t access essential features like calling. This has severely impacted my business operations.
The biggest disappointment isn’t the issue itself—technical problems happen. It’s the lack of timely support and communication after becoming a paying customer.
Who is going to resolve this? My clients’ subaccounts have been affected because of this outage, and some have even threatened legal action against my company. What am I supposed to do when there is no response from support? If you’re going to charge premium pricing, there should also be reliable support when customers need it most.
