Their products were life changing to me. All of the period underwear I purchased had great quality, was super comfortable and worked as advertised on the website. The customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. They were really friendly and helpful! The only downside was that I had to pay the shipping costs for my exchange (I accidentally ordered the wrong size).
