I paid Zoek Marketing $4,212 almost two years ago, and I still do not have a website. Not even a functional draft. What I have received instead is poor-quality work, constant delays, and complete disorganization. For the logo, I sent them a reference image strictly as inspiration. Two weeks later, they returned an exact copy of my image — same layout, same elements, only the font changed. When I told them this was not acceptable, they asked me to fill out a detailed brief. I submitted everything they requested. They responded that the brief was “very helpful” and they were “working on it.” Two weeks later, they sent almost the same copied design again, with only minor font adjustments. No original work, no effort. We have also had four different project managers. Every time someone new takes over, they have no understanding of the project, meaning I have to start from the beginning every time. This shows a total lack of internal communication and oversight. Every meeting is an hour spent explaining the same things to new people. After that, there is silence for weeks or months unless I follow up. There is no progress tracking, no accountability, and no real work being done. All deliverables so far are beginner-level and far below what was promised. After two years, Zoek Marketing has delivered nothing. I strongly advise others not to work with this company.
