My experience with Zeok

My experience with Zeok, via Wix, was great overall. I'm an artist and originally attempted to build my own website, but I became overwhelmed with coding. I decided to invest in myself and partner with Zeok to create my site. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t quite bring it to life — and that’s exactly what Mirtha and her team were able to do. They took my vision and made it real. At first, the process was a bit frustrating. I had a new launch coordinator each quarter, and some were in different time zones, which made scheduling calls difficult. My only complaint is the high turnover. It led to frustration as I had to repeat my vision and requests to multiple staff members. However, Zeok definitely saved the best for last — Mirtha, my final launch coordinator, was spot-on. She understood my needs, followed up when needed, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I wish I had her from the very beginning. Overall, I’m elated that I chose Zeok. It was worth every dollar.

Great project management

I just stared an LLC and was eager to get a website up and designed to promote my services. I had the pleasure of working with John K. who did a wonderful job stepping me through the process and creating an efficient and effective customer experience. My website launched today and I am very excited to watch my company take off.

Absolutely unacceptable the way this company handles them selves and talks to their customers. i called for help and get told i obviously have no idea what im talking about and what goes into a website because i thought their quote was a little high.

Excellent Customer Service

Bryan was assigned to our account and working with him was super easy. He was very responsive and our new website looks amazing. Bryan went above and beyond to make sure we were moving in the right direction. We made many modifications and he was on top of everything we threw at him. We will definitely use him and Zoek again.

Wait for it - it will come around!

My account manager John K was patient, kind, and helpful - the best! It took a few weeks and a new replacement web designer to complete my site just the way I wanted it, yet was sooo worth it. What I appreciate the most was that John listened, was receptive to my need to get it right, and demonstrated true ability to communicate in "old speak (I am an elder)" in order to accommodate my desire for a simple, uncomplicated and attractive website. I am deeply grateful to continue to work with him!

I hired Zoek to move my site …

I hired Zoek to move my site from another platform to Wix. I probably could have done it myself but I needed it moved by a certain date and I just didn't have the time to do it myself. They set up a call and connected me with Mirtha my account manager. She was awesome. I looked forward to our calls and she convinced me to use a different color logo than I planned to. And it looks amazing! She was so helpful and excited about my website. I enjoyed working with her and the team. And my site looks great.

More check-ins than my mom...

I engaged in a consultation with Zoek Marketing through the Wix marketplace to explore the possibility of collaborating on the development of a new website. However, we ultimately decided to partner with another company and notified them of this decision via email. Regrettably, they have persistently contacted me twice daily for the past month despite my repeated requests to cease these calls. I would advise against engaging with this company unless you are certain that their services align with your specific needs.

Small Business Startup

I began my project with Zoek Marketing in late August, and while the initial phase was challenging with multiple program managers leaving unexpectedly and communication gaps along the way, the experience improved dramatically once I was assigned to Jason O. Jason was absolutely phenomenal — responsive, organized, and committed to getting my website over the finish line. He took me from the first round of edits to final approval in under a month, which was a night-and-day difference. My sales representative, Kevin B., was also excellent from the start, and the website team (Fernanda J. and Natalia Z.) did a great job implementing all edits quickly and accurately anytime I requested changes. Overall, I do recommend Zoek Marketing, especially if you want a clean and professional website. Just be prepared to stay proactive if you don’t hear from the team, reach out, because internal shifts can happen without immediate notice. Once I connected with the right people, the process became smooth and efficient, and the final result was worth it.

Wix Partner Zoek is an excellent choice. After a few years of working on my self-created website, I needed a fresh look and updated technology. Zoek is a trusted Wix partner, and I reached out for information. Their pricing is competitive, communication is straightforward and fast, and it makes it easy to book calls to answer questions. I am impressed with their onboarding process. I look forward to continuing to work with Zoek to make a supreme site with excellent support.

This was a complete waste of my time and money…

This was a complete waste of my time and money. They had the account for 5 months, and didn't get one sale. I had Google ads help me for free, and I got one in 2 days, and more since. They told me that they had setup their own account, and that I wasn't supposed to run 2 accounts, but they had all that info from the very beginning. I had to pay 1/2 of their fee, just to get rid of them. Completely ineffective, and the 1 star is generous.

Buyer Beware!!!!

I spoke with what turned out to be no better than a used car salesman. I explained my business to him and what I was looking for: some Google ads and SEO work. I explained that my business is seasonal and we don't need advertising during the winter months, as we leave the state in the fall and return in the spring. I was told that wouldn't be a problem, but we should get started as soon as possible. I signed the contract the next day, which I had requested, 2 months' worth of Google Ads, and stopped for the winter. The contract had 3 months on it, but I was told that 2 months wouldn't be a problem (mistake #1). So, I signed the contract and moved forward. I was told to stop all advertising for my business that day since they would be taking it over (mistake #2). After several weeks, I finally received an email to approve the Google Ads they had produced. I requested twice to change the Google ads since they advertised services that my business doesn't provide. After two requests, they still had issues, but I allowed them to move forward since I didn't have any advertisement going on for three weeks at this point. Keep in mind I had paid for that month of advertising, but they took most of it to produce a few Google ads that would take someone 15 minutes to type up. (mistake #3). After two months of them handling my Google Ads, my business had fallen to zero. I requested they pause my advertising for the winter, like we discussed up front. I was told they would pause for 90 days and stop payments until we resume. Two weeks later, I was billed for the 3rd month. When I reached out to the account manager, I was told they would pause the payments, and I was paid up one month when we started back. In the same email, I was told they would resume billing in 60 days. At that point, I told them to cancel my contract as ZOEK is nothing better than scam. I paid for three months of advertising and received zero in return. I’ve had better luck with my website handling my Google Ads and Social media advertising. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
