Change Order
I had accidentally ordered a print in the incorrect size (12”x18”), when I had intended to order it in 16”x24”. Within only a few minutes. Tiemey, one of your Customer Support specialists, responded to my e-mail, and offered to cancel the incorrect order, so that I could place the new order. I was so impressed with the speed of your response, I ordered two prints in the correct size. Thank you.
